Amazing Kiwi Smoothie – get those greens in!

Today began with a green kiwi smoothie 🙂 my favourite one! 
 
Recipe: 

2 kiwis (peeled or unpeeled)

1/2 cup pineapple or 1 medium banana

1/2 cup cucumber (I just guess and cut a wedge!)

A small handful of spinach (or kale)

A tsp spirulina (optional)

1/2 lemon or lime (peeled)

1-2 tbsp chia seeds 

1 cup water, coconut water or nut milk
*Blend!*
