Chocolate icing

I’m gonna be honest – you will need coconut oil for this recipe – if not it just won’t work! 

   
 
So you start with the mug cake – which you can find in my earlier post “Let them eat cake”.

Then for the icing…. (Serves 1)

1 tsp coconut oil, softened (sometimes I put it in the microwave for 10 seconds)

1 tsp honey

1 tsp cocoa powder 

Method

Mix together and serve / eat!! It usually melts on the cake if it’s still warm – sooo yummy! 
Tip: to make it into raw chocolate – freeze into ice cube trays! Just multiply the teaspoons by however many slots there are 🙂
