These are great on a cold night like tonight! Feel free to add whatever toppings you like or eat them plain!
As many white potatoes as you care for! I tried with sweet potatoes but they didn’t come out as well as these 🙂
Steam potatoes in a steamer until soft enough to let a knife sink into.
Remove and put in the fridge until cooled.
Heat oven to 400*f / gas 6 / 200*c.
When potatoes are cold, chop them into wedges. Place on a grill tray rack thingy and put it in the oven.
Bake for 25 munutes until nice and crispy on the outside.
Eat! (They’ll be hot so be careful!)
