About

So you found me! Way-hey and good for you 🙂

For those that don’t know me, my name is Charis (pronounced “Karis”) and I have just begun studying as an undergraduate at the University of Exeter. I am an adult (officially), although it still doesn’t really feel like it, but hey this blog is to kind of journal my discoveries and things that happen to me throughout my time at uni but also during my year abroad in St Petersburg, Russia, so be prepared for all kinds of topics, ranging from things to do with my subject (Spanish and Beginners Russian – a blog post in itself to explain!), lectures, student life, cooking, photos, cello playing, break dance and gymnastics, church, money and so much more.

One thing you will realize is that I have more than one hobby, and that I am often very busy!

I hope that this blog is interesting, and I hope that it helps someone else out there who is worried about this transition or going on their year abroad. Hopefully, they will see that it’s not as bad or as scary as it’s made out to be.

So  – cool beans, lets get stuck in 🙂
